Shipping/Handling
Orders in stock are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of order. If you need your
merchandise by a specific date, please indicate this in the box marked special instructions.
Shipments within the USA (48 states) are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Once items are shipped, delivery
time is 2-3 days. We ship to International destinations as well. Once items are shipped, delivery time is
6-10 days for International orders. If you need your item sooner, please email us and we will quote other
shipping choices that are available. Sorry, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Return Policy
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make an exchange or credit
the credit card account used. The item must be returned and received within 10 days of your shipment
date. The item must be unused and in the original packaging. Please email us and indicate that you are
making a return. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Special Requests
Special order requests for shoe clips are taken and sold on a non-returnable, non- refundable basis. This
includes requests for styles of shoe clips that are not currently sold on the website.
